Megan Ramirez

Megan Ramirez is a marketing professional at Association Headquarters, Inc., serving as the Director of Marketing and Communications for the Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nurses Society™ (WOCN®). WOCN is a professional nursing community of over 5,000 members dedicated to advancing the practice and delivery of expert healthcare to individuals with wound, ostomy, and continence care needs.

In her role she manages and develops WOCN's internal marketing team and an additional external team of marketing and public relations professionals, all while establishing growth-focused marketing plans for the organization and each of its functional areas, including:

• The WOCNext® annual conference
• Membership engagement, recruitment, and retention
• Educational events and programs
• Publications
• Corporate Development

Megan’s entire career has been dedicated to marketing for several non-profits, professional associations, and healthcare clients. She recently earned her Certificate in Association Digital Marketing from the Association Marketing Academy and is currently working towards various certifications in content, contextual, social media, email, and digital marketing from the HubSpot Academy. She is also a member of the American Marketing Association.

Megan obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Journalism from Rider University in Lawrenceville, NJ.

In her free time, she enjoys photography, cooking, hiking, camping, and being outdoors with her husband and dog.
