Kristy Cohen is an association management professional with over 20 years of nonprofit experience driving organizational growth through strategic leadership. Her specialties include strategic planning, financial management, program development and volunteer management. Kristy’s motivation to deliver exceptional results for her association clients is driven by her passion for working with volunteer leaders, many of whom are entrepreneurs.

Kristy serves as CEO of the Restoration Industry Association, the largest and oldest professional trade association for restoration professionals and has previously worked with other associations including NADCA, the HVAC Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Association and the Nurses Organization of Veterans Affairs (NOVA).
